How to lose weight?
To be in a perfect body shape we all need to take good care of ourselves. what we are eating ,how much excercise we are doing are the most important things.
but i guess many of us are unable to do so.not only because of a speedy lifestyle but also due to our taste buds. not all of us has the courage to stop eating our favourite dishes.most of them contains a higher amount of calories.but cann't resist!
in this situation it is a bit difficult to lose weight.it can be made easier if we all share our own weight losing experiences.in this everyone gains something. here are some of my own experiences.may be they are helpful for someone.
*stop drinking frizzy drinks.instead drink fresh fruit juices.they are much more tasty than frizzy drinks.
*do excercise atleast for ten minutes. when u are used to of doing excercise u can happily increase the duration
