COMING OUT OF DEPRESSION AND STRESS
all of us are sometimes sad and gloomy.many get out of their sorrows but a number of people remain absorb in their problems. if this period is prolonged we ultimately go into depression. here are some ways that will b helpful in fight against stress and depression.

1. good smelling food
prepare easy but dilicious recipe.eating good is one of the ways to get out of stress and bad moods.good smelling recipes make our mind happy due to which brian releases harmones that causes our mood to get better.
according to a show on nat geo it was proved that our food has a great effect on our mood. so start eating good and delicious food items.
2.HUGS AND TOUCH HAS A UNIQUE EFFECT
people can often come out of depression if they have the support of their friends and family. By the touch and hugs of their loved ones people get an emotional strentgh and they can think of good things.
if you have anyone who is in depression go and hug them. if i remember correctly a day is celebrated in many countries of the world known as the INTERNATIONAL HUG DAY. this is celebrated in order to relieve people of thier tensions
3.Feel Fine with Flowers
gardening is an excellent way of getting out of depression. grow and take care of plants, and talk with them
plants do reply but in their own style. praising the plants make them happy and their growth rate increases.

4.Boost Your "Youth Hormones"
research says that excercise like squats and leg presses greatly increases the production of youth harmone in your body. Increased growth hormone translates to an elevated mood, among other physical benefits. Keep it up with weight training, knee bends, push-ups, and rowing.
5 .A Laughing Matter
laughter therepy is also a good method to get out of stress. in the begining it may sound silly but for mental health this is a good technique.
6.Watch good come
research says that watching comedy shows makes you lighter and forget your tensions. so feel lighter and clear your mind.
