Naturopathic medicine attempts to improve health, prevent disease, and treat illness by promoting the use of organic foods and exercise; encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle; and applying concepts and treatments from other areas of complementary medicine (such as ayurveda, homeopathy, and herbal therapies).

What is naturopathy used for?

People use naturopathic medicine for promoting good health, preventing disease, and treating illness. Most naturopaths can treat earaches, allergies, and other common medical problems. Naturopathic medicine tries to find the underlying cause of the condition rather than focusing solely on treating symptoms. A properly trained naturopathic physician works with other health professionals, referring people to other practitioners for diagnosis or treatment when appropriate.

all of us are sometimes sad and gloomy.many get out of their sorrows but a number of people remain absorb in their problems. if this period is prolonged we ultimately go into depression. here are some ways that will b helpful in fight against stress and depression.


i read some of them on the net and some are based on my own resarch. hope that some people will find these helpful


1. good smelling food


prepare easy but dilicious recipe.eating good is one of the ways to get out of stress and bad moods.good smelling recipes make our mind happy due to which brian releases harmones that causes our mood to get better.


according to a show on nat geo it was proved that our food has a great effect on our mood. so start eating good and delicious food items.






2.HUGS AND TOUCH HAS A UNIQUE EFFECT


people can often come out of depression if they have the support of their friends and family. By the touch and hugs of their loved ones people get an emotional strentgh and they can think of good things.


if you have anyone who is in depression go and hug them. if i remember correctly a day is celebrated in many countries of the world known as the INTERNATIONAL HUG DAY. this is celebrated in order to relieve people of thier tensions


3.Feel Fine with Flowers


gardening is an excellent way of getting out of depression. grow and take care of plants, and talk with them


plants do reply but in their own style. praising the plants make them happy and their growth rate increases.

4.Boost Your "Youth Hormones"


research says that excercise like squats and leg presses greatly increases the production of youth harmone in your body. Increased growth hormone translates to an elevated mood, among other physical benefits. Keep it up with weight training, knee bends, push-ups, and rowing.






5 .A Laughing Matter


laughter therepy is also a good method to get out of stress. in the begining it may sound silly but for mental health this is a good technique.


6.Watch good come


research says that watching comedy shows makes you lighter and forget your tensions. so feel lighter and clear your mind.

How to lose weight?


To be in a perfect body shape we all need to take good care of ourselves. what we are eating ,how much excercise we are doing are the most important things.

but i guess many of us are unable to do so.not only because of a speedy lifestyle but also due to our taste buds. not all of us has the courage to stop eating our favourite dishes.most of them contains a higher amount of calories.but cann't resist!

in this situation it is a bit difficult to lose weight.it can be made easier if we all share our own weight losing experiences.in this everyone gains something. here are some of my own experiences.may be they are helpful for someone.

*stop drinking frizzy drinks.instead drink fresh fruit juices.they are much more tasty than frizzy drinks.

*do excercise atleast for ten minutes. when u are used to of doing excercise u can happily increase the duration

*to get smooth and soft skin this tip is widely used

1tbs fuller,s earth (multani mitti)

1tsp rose water

1tsp lemon water

1tsp pste of basil leaves (tulsi ke patte)

make a paste of it and apply it three times a day

it will remove all zits and you will get a cleat skin



*every night before going to bed apply some rose

water on the face.

it makes skin more soft and gives glow to face.



*this recipe may also help in getting a clear skin

mix 1 gram of saffron in hot milk and daily take

it in the morning before breakfast. it gives a clear

free of dark spots.
